Processing times for prints are as follows- photo prints (2 days) -large prints (3 days) - metal prints (3 days) - canvas prints (5 days) Make sure during checkout you give me your correct address so I can send you your print. I'm not liable for misspelling or incorrect addresses, so please double check your info before submitting it.  Also please enter your correct email so I can send confirmations of your order and tracking info when your order ships. Contact me (Calvin) at imoca@msn.com (email) with any issues regarding prints or returns. I will take care of the return for you, but if you have to return the print to Adorama. I will expect you to return your print directly to Adorama before I will refund your order. If there is a genuine error or your print is damaged there is a 30 day money back guarantee. Again contact me with any questions you may have about an order or returns. Prints are only shipped within the United States.

Our talented staff inspects every order for quality and craftsmanship, but on rare occasions an issue may escape our notice.

If you are not happy with your print products, please let us know. Here at AdoramaPix we’re dedicated to customer service and we want the chance to make things right.

You should contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing service@adoramapix.com with:

  1. Your name
  2. A detailed description of the problem
  3. Your order number
  4. Some pictures of the issue

Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly.

If your print product has a defect, we will fix or replace it at our expense. If you return your product, we will issue you a credit for its full value. Products can be returned to:

How long does it take to get my Fracture(s) after I order?

Once you (I) place your order on our site, your pictures will jump into our production queue to be Fractured!

Each Fracture is printed and hand-assembled in our Gainesville, Florida Fractory.

We print based on demand, so production times can vary depending on the volume of orders we’re receiving. We aim to print, assemble, and ship your Fracture(s) within 5-10 business days. You can check out our current production times in the blue banner at the top of our home page. It's totally worth the wait.

Please note: After being shipped, the date that your order will actually be delivered to you will depend on the shipping method that you chose at checkout.

We want you to love your Fracture order! If you’re not happy with your order, let us know within 60 days, and we’ll work on a solution to make sure you’re fully satisfied with the final product.

Our Happiness Guarantee covers the following:

Color Issues - Your Fracture appears washed out, dark, or off in color.

Blur/Pixelation - Your Fracture photo quality appears blurry and/or pixelated.

Unintentional Border/Crop - There is a border around your Fracture that you did not select and/or your image has been cut off along the edges.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the Fracture print. The following are covered under our Lifetime Warranty:

Delaminated/Incorrect Mounting - Our foamcore backing is peeling off of the glass, or it has been mounted incorrectly.

Incorrect/Missing Print - The correct number or types of prints were not included in your order.

Scratches - Your Fracture has arrived with scratches on the glass surface.

Broken In Shipment - Your Fracture has been damaged due to mishandling during shipment.

Ink Chipping - The ink on your product arrived with chips along the edges.

Please note: Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover accidental damages or damage resulting from improper use (dropping it, mounting it on a window) or from user error (and other non-traditional uses).
